Some other favorites are May’s “Ladies Only Sample Tour— an evening where local businesses provide samples to all the town’s moms, daughters, and girlfriends—August’s Friday night’s “Flicks in the Square,” and the Sunday farmers’ market that runs from June to September.
 
Looking for something to do on the days without events? Check out the Arvada Flour Mill Museum, The Arvada Ceramic Arts Guild, or Colorado Cinema’s Olde Town 14. The city of Arvada is also home to over 125 miles of hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails. The Majestic View Nature Center and Community Park is an excellent place for some outdoor adventure!
