Robyn Phipps

Owner/Team Lead

Team Lead and Listing Specialist, Robyn Phipps, has been a full time residential broker since 2003. She's built her skills working with first timers, experienced buyers and sellers, investors, relocation, and luxury clients. Her experience has earned her a spot as one of the top agents in her market area and provided her team the opportunity to open the first ever Keller Williams Mega Agent Office within Arvada, Colorado, located in the Historic Downtown area.

Robyn grew up the product of a general contractor father who regularly renovated and resold luxury homes. She later watched her mother become one of the highest producing real estate agents in South Florida. After a decade working as a public relations and marketing professional honing her talents, she realized her own calling in helping home buyers and sellers. Robyn's marketing background adds a unique perspective to her listing campaigns that has helped clients achieve record attention for their properties and, as a result, record sales prices. The Phipps Team is known for their unique and valuable approach to branding, home staging, copy writing, print marketing, and their vast listing marketing reach, both on and offline.

"My goal is for a buyer to be absolutely in love with a property before they ever walk in the door. If they haven't hit 'refresh' on the virtual tour at least half a dozen times before their first showing, I'm not doing my job." - Robyn

In 2016, no other agent or brokerage has sold more homes in Olde Town Arvada and the surrounding than Robyn and her team. Her success in selling the neighborhood and growing the community is only as good as each satisfied buyer and seller, and she is dedicated to continuing that success one home and one client at a time.

An Arvada resident of 20 years, transplanted to the state after falling in love during family Spring Break ski trips, Robyn is mom to three Colorado natives. She is active in the Arvada business community, specifically the developing commerce within burgeoning Olde Town.

When not selling real estate, you'll find Robyn attempting to master pseudo gourmet meals her kids will choke down, hiking Jefferson County trails, or when the snow is flying, attempting to keep up with her brood down moderately challenging Summit County ski runs on a snowboard.
